Mrs. Judene M Baglieri

Judene Maron Baglieri of Pittsford, NY died peacefully on Sunday after a short but hard fought battle at the Villa Marie Claire Hospice in Saddle River, NJ. She was 46 years old. Born on March 8, 1967 to Ann and Edward Maron, Judene grew up as the fifth of six children in Oradell, NJ. She attended grammar school at St. Joseph School in Oradell and high school at The American School of The Hague and The Academy of the Holy Angels. She went on to study at Villanova University, where she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority and graduated in 1989 with a BS in Finance, and St. John Fisher College, where she earned a Master of Education. She began her career in finance at Prudential Insurance, where she worked for 7 years before moving to Rochester, NY where she was a reading specialist at the Thornell Road Elementary School in Pittsford. Judene was a warm and caring person who touched many lives over the years. She had an enjoyment for life and always met people with a warm smile. With a passion for the outdoors, she enjoyed running and cross-country skiing. She was passionate about basketball and cherished the time watching both of her sons play. Judene is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jack Baglieri and their two sons, Nicholas (18) and Christopher (14). She is also survived by her parents, Edward and Ann Maron of Sparta, NJ, and her siblings and their spouses: Edward Maron and his wife Mary of Sudbury MA, Michael Maron and his wife Diane of Oradell, NJ, Mary Ann Maron Ross and her husband Kenneth of Southlake, Texas, Theresa Maron Lindsay of Lake Placid, NY and Gerard Maron and his wife Christine of Oradell, NJ. She is also survived by her brother in law Jim Baglieri and his wife Mary Beth of Webster, NY and her sister in law LuAnne Baglieri Hughes and her husband Steve of Pittsford, NY. She is the proud aunt to 9 nieces and 12 nephews. Family will receive relatives and friends at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell on Tuesday, December 17 from 1PM to 3PM and 6PM to 9PM. Final services are entrusted to Anthony Funeral and Cremation Services in Rochester, NY (585) 244-0770.
