Frances Castellano-Aguilar, 80, of Leonia, New Jersey formerly of New York, NY. Beloved wife of Franco Aguilar. Devoted mother of Debbie, Alane, and Michael. Dear sister of Matilde. Loving grandmother of Joseph, Laura, Nicholas, and Adriana. Cherished Great Grandmother of Weston. Frances was a dental hygienist and later a nurse, but her retired years consisted of spending time with her grandchildren and caring for and rescuing animals. Whether it be making charitable donations or opening her home to animals in need, Frances was always putting others’ needs before her own. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 24th 2019 at 10am. Located at St. John’s the Evangelist Catholic Church in Leonia, NJ followed by a burial service at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ.
