It is with great sadness Franky Gonzalez husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, passed away peacefully on Sunday September 1, 2019 at the age of 60, Franky will forever be remembered by his wife Elizabeth, his mother Filomena, his children Laura (Stephen), Frank Jr (Holly), and grandchildren Jordyn and Owen. Franky will also be forever remembered by his sister Dominga, brothers Junior and Tony, cousins, in-law’s, nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Franky was a dialysis technician until 2010, he was well loved by his coworkers and patients for always being dedicated and helpful, but due to his health conditions he was unable to work. Franky never let his health stop him. He spent his retirement always living in the moment and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He expressed to his dear wife that if anything happened to him he was very content that he was able to fulfill everything he wanted to do in life. Friends and family will be received on Friday September 6 from 7-9 PM, Saturday, September 7th from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, and on Sunday, September 8th from 2-6PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday September 9 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Oradell, NJ. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
